Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I'm doing it correctly?

For individual feedback, book private coaching separately on the private-lessons page. This free program does not include personal video review.

How many videos am I supposed to do each day?

Complete the videos listed for that day, then repeat a drill only as long as you can keep your movements controlled and pain-free.

Must I follow them in a particular order?

The order is recommended, but you can break up the videos throughout the day. Choose a practice rhythm you can repeat consistently.

Is it possible to over train?

Be careful with the leg pop and avoid hyperextending your knees. Stop if you feel pain, and adjust the drill or take a rest day when needed.

It's too hard! Any tips?

Go at your own pace and keep track of your practice. Building skills takes time, so return to the schedule when you are ready.

Can I take more rest days or change the schedule?

Yes. Rest when your body needs it. The schedule is a guide, not a rule.

What should I do after I finish the program?

Depends on your goals. Some repeat the program, others move on. Ceech recommends taking at least one week off after completing.
